Originally from Grand Island, NE, Don came to Omaha for his career. Before joining Marque, Don ran his own flooring company at age 20, later owning his own flooring company. For Don, working hard and getting to the finish line to create a great home together is the most rewarding part of his profession.

Something people may not know about building, Don says, is that its staggering how many people are involved in one job. The Superintendent wears many hats throughout the build and communicates daily with sub-contractors. Communication is the key for a smooth building process.
