Preliminary floor plans are designed with your needs and budget in mind. No two families are alike, so no two homes are alike. With a full understanding or your wishes and needs, our floor plans are customized for each customer. There is an opportunity to tweak your floor plan, making sure you are 100% happy before approving the floor plan.

4 Move Forward

Upon approving the design for your new custom home, it’s time to sign contracts and make your dream home a reality. With our familiarity of city requirements, gathering all permits and gaining city approvals ensures your project begins and ends with superior quality to last a lifetime. The custom home build continues with consistent customer updates and principal oversight until completion.

5 List Current Home

Before you can comfortably move into your new custom home, you’ll likely want to sell your current home. We can help with that! Allow us to provide you with a quick and painless sell, so you can move into your new home with confidence!

6 Wakthrough

You’re almost there! You can, of course walk through at any time, and encourage your feedback throughout the process. Evaluating foundation pours, drywall build, fixtures, electrical, cabinets, etc. throughout the new home build will be overseen by our professionals who welcome your presence, as well. Your builder will walk you through your new home during a final walkthrough to acquaint you with its features and the operation of various systems and components and explain your responsibilities for maintenance and upkeep, as well as warranty coverage and procedures.

7 Keys

You get the keys and are the proud owner of your brand new custom home. Time to move your belongings and make yourself at home!

8 Additional Walkthroughs

Our superior service and value does not end after we hand you the keys. At Marque Custom Builders we do 3 month and 11 month walkthroughs this ensures we take care of any questions or concerns about your home structure or warranties. Our goal is to build customers for life, so we are here to answer any questions or concerns that you have after the home is completed. All warranty work is completed in-house, so you aren’t having to chase down contractors – we will handle all the details.
